Professionally designed, informative, effective websites don't have to break the bank. Many large website design and hosting companies charge thousands of dollars for substandard work. That's not how I choose to do business. I have a home-based office: that keeps expenses at a minimum.
I specialize in affordable websites for small businesses. I will give your company's website the personal attention it deserves. Here are a listing of the sites I designed and maintain. Please click on any of the screen pictures below to be taken to that website.
If you are a family trying to raise money for an adoption, I will design a one-page website for you, free of charge. Email me for details.
NOTE:
The internet is a dynamic, ever-changing place: some of these sites may no longer be "live". If you click on a dead link below, chances are I still have all of the artwork connected with the site- just email me, and I will be happy to get you the information you need.
The Center For Obesity Surgery
The medical practice of Dr. Lawrence Barzune, a surgeon specializing in bariatric surgery. The site has a great deal of information about the surgery people considering the surgery will find of interest. The site also serves as part of the support group for Dr. B's patients. I have lost over 160 pounds and kept it off for over 8 years (yes, that's MY "before" and "after" pictures!) I believe that Dr. Barzune and his surgery saved my life, so designing and maintaining his website is truly a labor of love.
Sandra E. Peyton, M.D., P.A.
InsulinPumpInfo.comDr. Peyton has two websites I've designed for her. One focuses on a specialty item (insulin pumps), and the other is about her family practice in general.
Celebrate Children International
CCI is a not-for-profit adoption agency placing children from all over the world into loving adoptive families in all 50 states.
Column 5 This is the official website for my husband's Christian band, Column 5. A great band, in my completely biased opinion! ;-)
I designed this retail website and its merchandise in 1999, and watched it grow and prosper for several years. I sold the site in the Spring of 2002 in order to concentrate more on website design. Shari Gentry is the new owner, and she's made minimal changes in the "look"
and feel of the site, which caters to adoptive families. Shari and I have worked extensively together when she purchased HeartAndSeoul.com (I taught how to maintain the website and write code). If you would like a reference about how I am to work with, she's the person that can tell you! Email her at sdgentry@earthlink.net
A small church forming in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
Great idea! A group using a website to tell members of their group about upcoming plays. Reservations can also be made online, and there's even a message board for play reviews.
Marco Antonio Medina, Photographer
Brand-new site for a nature photographer who specializes in stunning, unretouched close-up photo prints of flowers.
Websites make unique and practical gifts. My friend Anna is in Tonga for the next two years with the Peace Corp. I set up this website as a way for her friends and family to keep in touch. Using some tips and tricks I've picked up along the way, I can make you a "gift website" that surprisingly affordable. This is no longer a working site.
This I Know Family Builders
A not-for-profit adoption agency placing children from all over the world in "forvever families". This agency places a special emphasis on relief work in the most impoverished areas of Asia, such as Vietnam and Cambodia. This agency may be going out of business soon, so the site may not be available.
